Here at Vigorous W H-Tech, we know how scary it is to take a loan or money out of your savings to afford property or investments such as an ADU, even if they have great potential returns, which is why we designed this plan to keep this worry out when you work with us.
Rather than having to make your own investment, we offer a one-time loan that transforms from a construction loan to a mortgage loan. This loan covers all costs of the ADU during and after construction and will be paid approximately two years after it has been initially built, at which point the unit is fully your property.
Construction to Mortgage
In simple terms, this means that our customers don’t need to provide any financial investment of their own, only the space for the project in return for extra passive income, improved evaluation values, and extra living space.
